This is my 500th post, so I'd like to say that I love CD and hope we're all still hanging around when I post my next 500.
Blunt, you've got a great thing going here, not just because of content, but because people here know how to get on with their writing without all the squabling we see on other forums. That's a testament to your way of doing business. I'm happy to be a part of CD, and to know all the great folks here.

Okay. Ass kissing session is over. Get back to work.   ;)

500 posts?  You really should get out more, Trev :afro:

Many thanks for the sentiments, but like I've said before - it's you folks who make this a place worth visiting, so it should be me thanking you.

(Hopefully the forthcoming comp and later anthology will go some way towards it)

I know, but 500 is a lot for me. I've been here since the start of CD, pretty much, so I'm not a prolific poster, but I'm pretty consistent.

I didn't mean it like it wasn't a lot of posts - I meant that's a lot of time at the keyboard :afro:

Mine's even scarier.  According to the window above me as I type this, I've been logged in for a total of 29 days, 4 hours and 36 minutes :o

Ahhh...you're right, that is a lot of time in front of the screen.  I've spread it out over a couple of years though.

Well done, Walker. I'm sure your sentiments are echoed by many around here. And Ed - sod that modesty crap. We (who've been around a forum or two) KNOW that writers' forums live or die by the actions of the forum owner / manager. That this one's still here, and thriving, is a testament to YOUR effort.
