This show is being run on "Drive in" channel and I've been watching it every morning. It is oldschool and nostalgic. I remember watching it when I was 5 or 6 and The Librarian segment gets me every time.
He's an ancient librarian covered with dust and he reads old parables and nursery rhymes(the latter he finds terribly horrific) this morning he read Twinkle twinkle little star...."Are you frightened yet? Are you horrified that the stars up there twinkle? Yes? NO? no.....I thought you would be"
It is demented.
Remember to keep swinging harder, cut deeper and deeper, and always clean your axe when your done.

You want demented, you should watch Mr Ben.  The ultimate in low-tech, low-budget animation.  Hand drawn and then cut out figures (most not even completely coloured-in) that slide around on hand drawn backgrounds.  I used to watch this crap when I was a kid and they're still repeating it now, FFS.

"As if by magic, the shopkeeper appeared..."

Cuh, yeah, look at that ::)  Jeysus

Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]
