I think maybe 4/5 days for the reading. Depends entirely on how many submissions there are, i suppose.

Seems reasonable to me - thanks for the suggestion, Jon. Anybody else want to chip in?
Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]

Just checked my e-mail and we're up to 12 stories now :afro:

Two or three days' reading time works for me but I'm unemployed at the moment and have lots of time!

I guess that last job turned out to be seasonal? Looked like a bit of a quiet backwater kind of place. Good luck finding a new job, Donna  Funny - I always used to think it'd be great fun to be unemployed for a while and just sit around reading, watching TV and sleeping, but the one time I found myself out of work, during the last recession, I hated it. Couldn't sleep, felt stressed, like I should be doing something all the time. It was actually more exhausting than working

God, I'm allegedly unemployed too, but I barely seem to have spare minutes.

I work as a lunchtime supervisor at my sons' primary school, I'm doing a college course for classroom assistants which involves going into a secondary school to get experience. I also help out at the promary with reading and writing and going on school trips. Then there's the writing. Oh, and having a five year old and a four year old ensures whatever time is left is taken up!

I used to get so much writing done when I worked in London... I must be the only person I know who misses commuter hell.
