We are now full, but if anybody else would like to join in future months, please let me know, because places are bound to become available as time passes.

Hi MM -

We meet once a month on a closed part of the forum. As close as possible to the beginning of the first week, everybody posts their stories for critique, on the understanding that in return for taking part in a critique session, you will critique at least four of the stories in the same session as your own. Critiques are done to a template that's provided, and the crits are expected to be done and dusted by the end of the first week. In the second week we discuss any points of interest that arise in the stories. Third week is for re-writes, though most people don't bother posting revisions, and the fourth week is left free.

(pasted from earlier in the thread)
