It just came out not too long ago, and I'm using it along with the workshop I'm doing at http://www.writersonlineworkshops.com. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the book so far, and is making a great supplement to the workshop I'm doing. I'm curious to what others might think of it.

I haven't read it, but I recognise the book, because Michael advertised it here. I had only recently bought 'On Writing Horror', put out by the HWA, when this one came out, so I wasn't in the market for another how-to book right away. It looks good, though - some good names on the cover.
Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]
