Im sure some of you must have heard of it. Its a great horror site, and gives the ability for lessor known authors to get their books sold as well as offering very rare books to be sold (ive seen a first edition signed Carrie. Its a great site and it needs some support. The owner of the site is getting kinda let down by the lack of people participating on the forums, its pretty much a small group of us. He needs more people to become members to be willing to continue the forums, and Id hate to see them shut down.  Ive gotten to talk to Brian Keene and Greg Gifune there.  If you can, please sign up for thier forums and say hi. This isnt an ad, this is a plea to help me telll the owner to keep the forums open.

I like Horror Mall too. I'll make sure to stop in there once a week and see what's going on, try to start some conversation.

Can't say I've ever looked at it, but I have heard of Horror Mall before. The front page doesn't make it seem very inviting, though - you can't see any part of the forum before you join. Maybe that's why they aren't getting as many members as they could

I usually join forums after reading a discussion I would like to say something about, and I guess that's quite common among people browsing the internet.

I join forums just as Ed . So it is kinda weird to not show anything before you join, you dont have to let guests post, in fact almost no one lets them do that nowadays .

Ed

Yeah, that's a shame, but there are just too many spammers arounds these days. It used to be fairly common to have a part of a forum open to guest posts, but I can't remember the last time I saw that now.
