Check it out: http://www.snmhorrormag.com/snmmagsubmissions.htm They only pay every other month, when they do a comp.  As an aside, I like the fact they TELL YOU they'll change Briticisms (I'm sure they've made that word up, but I like it!) and that they'll show you their edits for approval before it gets published.

I've published with them before.  They are a great group of people and very easy to work with.  If you have something the fits send it in, in my experience, it is worth your time.
