Has anyone ever seen www.ExposingSatanism.org? It's just plain insulting to read this tripe. Just thought I'd point it out.

I especially like the section on the website where you can sign a form renouncing Satan and all the powers given by Him and then affirm your allegiance to God. I was laughing so hard when I read that that I almost fell in the floor. It's funny to read something like that because the people who wrote it actually believe what they're writing.

They call Satanists "pawns in the big huge global game?" They're the ones that go to church and read and sing about a god who only exists in the words written on the pages of their precious text. There's no sense in becoming upset over a website like this, though. There will always be those who are too ignorant and narrow minded to listen to or understand reason.

Hi BTL :afro:  Welcome to CafeDoom.

That's got to be a joke site, hasn't it?  I've seen something similar before, but when you start reading the articles it's obviously deeply satirical, and pretty funny.  Wish I could remember what it was called :/
Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]

Here's a similar site: www.yourgoingtohell.com

Funny, how they even use incorrect grammar in their web address. Parody sites or not, I found it hilarious to read through what they had to offer.

Hey, I want to be where all the cool people wind up...and don't think that's a sanitized, blue-eyed, holier-than-thou kinda place.  :bleh:

That goes for me, too!

My father was one of five brothers.  My Granny's sister was a 'religious', humourless woman, who was always telling her nephews from an early that they would go to hell.  They didn't pay attention to this, but it annoyed their parents, because the boys weren't bad, just normal lively boys.

Came the time when the aunt was very ill, and Granny rallied round, kept the house and nursed her.  The aunt got better enough to realize how much was being done for her.  Her version of saying 'thank you' was, 'Oh, Rose, you're earning your place in heaven.'

Granny said, 'I'm not going to heaven.'

'Oh, but you are.'

'No.  I won't go.'

'Whyever not?'

'I'd rather be with my boys.'

Ahh, not as humourless as once thought!

It was auntie who was humourless - Granny knew just what she was saying!  (At all times - in all cirumstances.  She was an absolute darling, but you wouldn't want to offend her, or the put-downs would cut you to bits, whoever you were!)

(That aunt wore all her hair bundled into a net on the top of her head, so it was rather like an upside down cottage loaf.  I'm told I did meet her when I was very small, but don't remember.  In the black-and-white photos, the look of her attracted my attention when I was a bit older, and I asked Granny, 'Why did Aunt Alice always wear that funny hat?')

I cant believe that people still take satanisms seriously :hot:

I can understand the churchies of yore being discouraged by it, but modern day satanists are merely angst filled youths or people who have chosen an alternative lifestyle.   :kiss:They do not actually want to worship the devil, they are merely trying to shock people.  Look at me I am different!

I have seen some messed up stuff in my life, and I have known "satanists".  The all black wearing too much hairspray kinda kids that dont fit in anywhere. :cheesy:

Now I have to tell you

The person with the immaculate wardrobe 100 dollar haircuts, great job and beautiful woman, if he said he was a satanist, that I might take more seriously.  But the thing is, they are also not hte kind of people that go around saying it  :hidin:

Hmm hope there are not any satanists here that I may have offended.

And if there are?

Deal with it, you worship the devil for fuck's sake , you cant handle a little criticism?  :P  (sorry just had to throw that in)
