Joseph D'Lacey's brilliant and chilling novel 'MEAT' (a dystopian horror fable about the evils of factory farming and slaughter) is now available as an e-book at a reduced price for one month only.

Get it now in the UK for only £1.59 and in America for only $2.99!

It is available at Amazon, Waterstones and any other e-book retailer.

My review of the paperback of MEAT is in the book review section here at CD. It is quite a disturbing, upsetting, bloody, belief-shaking, pageturner. Anyone who didn't buy the book really should get this ebook offer - Kindle, Sony Reader, or pdf. And I have no shares in Bloody Books! Wish I had.

I followed this and read your review Geoff.  All I can say is "Ewww!" I'll have to go buy this one. You and the others gave just enough away to have me chewing my own cheek in anticipation.

I don't mind people advertising on the forum, but please stick it in the Soap Box section in future :afro:
Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]
