Hey, guys.  Where do you submit your really short horror stories?  I enjoy writing short flash fiction pieces and they tend to be horrific.  The horror genre is particular suited for flash fiction, I've found.  What do you guys think?  Any good places to submit these kind of pieces?  Any paying markets?

I suggest you go and search duotrope. Hundreds of markets there, and you can be pretty specific in your search parameters. http://www.duotrope.com/

Yep -- Duotrope or Ralan are good places to start looking.

There's also a list I posted here a while back: http://www.cafedoom.com/forum/index.php?topic=1546.0 but you can expect to find a few of them defunct by now. The list is four years old.

Good luck
Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]
