Many times recently, when looking at "who's online", I've noticed that a guest is viewing a member's profile. I don't know about anyone else, but this makes me feel a little uneasy. Is it possible that members' information could be restricted to signed in members only?

Thanks!

Done, but it's nothing to worry about - the guests you see are just site indexing bots.  MSN, Yahoo, Google, etc.

Ah, I see. Thanks, Ed. Sorry to be paranoid

So instead of just one guest looking at your interesting info, anyone who does a Google search (MSN, Yahoo, etc...) will see the places you like to visit under that username.

Yep. That's true, but I didn't want anyone trying to harvest any of my personal contact info.

Ed, do you have the impression that there are greater numbers of bots around recently?  Or is it just that I'm more aware of people mentioning them?

Ed

I think you're just more aware of them, but I could be wrong.  Search engines are big business now, worth billions if you hit the jackpot with one, so it's conceivable that there are more.  I've only noticed about five sets of bots on the server logs, and that seems to be a constant figure.
