Hi, I can't remember where the thread is, but Geoff_N was asking for thoughts about his website. I think it was Geoff. My brain is friend (sixth night shift of seven). Anyhoo, I thought this was a good example of a non-standard website that is still pretty funky...

Planning is an unnatural process - it is much more fun to do something.  The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. [Sir John Harvey-Jones]

Pretty interesting siite, Thanks, Grin. Shiftt work must be tough.

The Websites That Suck man - http://www.webpagesthatsuck.com/ - would hate the lack of clear navigation. I suppose his thing is the usability of a site, and the fact you should be able to see what you want to get to quickly and easily, without having to hover over the buttons. But it does look attractive.

Interesting, Grin, but seems rather cluttered and not to be read when tipsy  :bleh:

Looks a bit amaturish too. I should know cos that's what I'm continually being accused of!!

The cool simplicity of this site appeals, and good writing advice too

Did you take the test? I laughed out loud. I have a healthy character, thank GOD!  :afro:

Have some confidence in your writing! Danny is a good character. Give him room to be himself before you stifle him.

Sounds good to me. Good fun. Thanks for the link, Geoff.  :afro:
